Complaints Procedure

In this practice we take complaints and patient concerns very seriously and try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service.  When patients have concerns they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.  In some instances, it may take longer than expected to deal with individual concerns due to staff holidays, sickness, etc however, we will always strive to keep patients informed.  We view any concerns and complaints as an opportunity to make improvements to our service.
