Opening Hours

First Appointment

The first time you visit Escentics you will be required to complete a Medical History Form.  Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. We regret that late arrival may result in treatment time being reduced, but charged in full.

Appointment Scheduling  

We understand that you have a busy schedule and recognise the need to provide an efficient and flexible service. We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. Our dental receptionists are available by phone or in person throughout the day to arrange appointments and help with any administration or queries. If you are unable to keep an appointment please give wherever possible at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to make alternative arrangements and run efficiently.

Parking

Parking is available directly outside Escentics. Parking is also available behind Co-op, Hillingdon Train Station and also on Freezeland Way.

No Smoking Policy

We operate a no smoking policy. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Mobile Phones

We respectfully request that all mobile phones be switched off during your visits to Escentics.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to provide us with 24 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment will result in a 50% charge of the treatment/s booked.  2 or more failure to attend appointments will result in us removing you from our database.  Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, major credit and debit cards. Please note we charge 2% for all credit card transactions and 3% for American Express card transactions.

Conditions

All NHS payments will be taken in full before treatment commences. A credit card number will be required for an appointment time of one hour or more, to hold the reservation. Deposits will be required for all Private Dental Treatments and Hygiene Appointments. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
