Sukhi has been involved with Escentics from the start.  Her role involves the management of the dental team, organising and supporting nurses, assigning particular responsibilities to particular nursing staff e.g. stock control and maintenance of emergency drugs, and the same for receptionists, which member of staff will deal with outstanding payments correspondence or who will remind the following days patients of their appointments. Sukhi is also involved in liaising with dentists and hygienists, arranging staff meetings and organizing ’ team building’ days.  Issues such as staff inductions and appraisals, or grievance and disciplinary procedures, as well as the upkeep of legally required documents and records are her responsibilities. Sukhi is involved in many aspects ensuring a practice runs smoothly and efficiently and essentially relieves the dentist of some responsibility. Her responsibilities are also towards ensuring that all patients receive a high standard of care and treatment.  She liaises with hospitals, community dentists and referring dentists to ensure that the patients receive the right care.

Sukhi likes to read and go to the theatre.  She enjoys running,  training and soon will be bike riding.  She enjoys her time when she is at home with her three children and loves cooking.
